Knowledge is everywhere. It is no longer about who possesses the knowledge, but how to gain access and integrate it in your new product and businesses. This Is the leading thought of “Open Innovation”, asking for new ways of collaboration with project partners. Competitors can turn into strong partners. Relations with stakeholders are defined not only in terms of added value but also in terms of trust and commitment. Collaboration becomes co-creation and asks for new perspectives.
For everyone in your organisation that is involved in innovation as a team-member, project leader or manager, we have developed the Master classes Open Innovation. During these Master classes we introduce you to the latest insights and solutions for dealing with Open Innovation: sharing is multiplying!
We work with concepts like Serious Gaming, Harvard Business School Innovation Cases and Simulations. The participants can bring issues from their current working practice.
You will test your personal innovation competences, exercise with the enrichment of ideas and train your collaboration and leadership skills. You will learn to make optimal use of the diversity within a team and how to react n seemingly contradictory interests.
Your trainers are experienced professionals with an active experience in open innovation . The assignments and the usage of the concepts in your own situation make this a very effective set of masterclasses.
You can either take the complete master classes or subscribe to one or more of a pair of master classes:
* the master classes 1 and 2: Introduction and open innovation in practice
* the master classes 3 and 4: Idea development and tools
* teh master classes 5 and 6: Cultural awareness and leadership in virtual teams

The context of Open Innovation is packed with ambiguities, uncertainties concerning technological and commercial capabilities but also with questions concerning the design of the development process. During the “fuzzy front end” phase ideas are generated and enriched into a concept of the desired new product or process. Master class 4 “Idea Development Tools”
Team members need to be committed to the overall goal. Furthermore, the quality of relationships is very important as it defines the speed of learning within the consortium. In this Master class we guide the participants along the ways of working to achieve this aim and hand them the necessary tools.
Master class 4 includes:
Master class 5 “Cultural Awareness”
Working in an Open Innovation setting, means dealing with different (organisational) cultures. Master class 5 includes:
Master class 6 “Leadership in Virtual Teams”
